These terms apply when you use the East Durham Poker website, app and related online services.
By using the service you agree to these terms. Separate tournament rules, cash game rules, event conditions or venue requirements may also apply when you take part in live poker.
Live poker at EDP is for people aged 18 and over. You must comply with any age, membership, guest, identification or venue requirements that apply to the particular game or premises.
The website and app support live EDP activities. They do not provide remote poker or online wagering.
We make reasonable efforts to keep tournament details, schedules, structures, buy-ins, guarantees, late registration times and other information accurate.
Live poker is operational by nature and details can sometimes change. EDP may amend, postpone or cancel a game, structure, promotion or event where reasonably necessary. Where practical, significant changes will be communicated through the website, app, social channels or at the venue.
Where the website or app allows you to register interest in or register for a live tournament, registration is for the physical event at the card room.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

When playing at EDP you are expected to follow the published tournament or cash game rules together with reasonable directions given by the tournament director, dealer or person responsible for the game.
Decisions made during a live game may depend on the facts available at the time. Where a situation is not specifically covered by a written rule, EDP may make a reasonable ruling in the interests of fairness, game integrity and the orderly running of the event.
You must not misuse EDP services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape or overload systems, submit malicious code, abuse another person, manipulate registrations or accounts, or use the service for unlawful activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect EDP, its players, systems or services.
Unless stated otherwise, EDP website content, branding, graphics, software, written material and original media are owned by or licensed to East Durham Poker.
You may view and share ordinary public EDP pages for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, republish, sell, reproduce or exploit substantial parts of the website, app or database without permission.
