the player must use exactly two hole cards and exactly three board cards.
Straight Flush figures exclude Royal Flush because Royal Flush is listed separately.
Five Card Draw figures describe the initial five-card deal; the odds after drawing
replacement cards depend on which cards are kept and discarded.
